Effective Execution and Delegation

Execution is a pattern of action in which the things that MUST be done actually get done.  Execution doesn't happen accidentally.  It takes diligence and perseverence to get things done on time, accurately, consistently and efficiently. 

Delegation is the key in switching from a doer to a multiplier.  Utilize your organization's most valuable resource - its employees - and execute through delegation to get MORE things done.
